Jon and Dave met in 1995 at the AAOMS Meeting while working for W. Lorenz Surgical. They both served our nation as Army officers immediately after college and then found themselves selling surgical devices and specialty instruments for ground-breaking entrepreneur, Walter Lorenz, They spent the next ten years together as executives responsible for worldwide sales and marketing for OsteoMed. In their time at OsteoMed, they had the great fortune of working for and being mentored by two incredibly talented and successful entrepreneurs. The founders built OsteoMed with old-fashioned hard-work, visionary product-development and an un-yielding commitment to succeed. Inspired by their mentors, Jon and Dave founded STEADFAST Medical in the summer of 2008 and remain the managing partners today. STEADFAST Medical is known by its clients to provide old-fashioned personalized customer service and an un-yielding commitment to delivering value. Jon and his family reside in Coppell, Texas.  Dave and his wife, Randi, recently relocated from Dallas, Texas to Southern California.


Susan is an Account Manager and is responsible for daily client ordering and follow up. Susan joined STEADFAST Medical in December 2016.


Paige is an Account Manager and responsible for daily client ordering and follow up. She joined STEADFAST Medical in March of 2009.


April Joined STEADFAST Medical in May of 2010. As an Account Manager, she works behind the scenes to ensure all orders are processed smoothly ...
