Director of Operations
Soon after graduating in 2000 with a BS in Biology from Baylor University, Kathleen started her career as a Product Manager for a small bone orthopedic company. That is where she first experienced the oral surgery world in launching a state of the art distraction osteogenisis product primarily indicated for use in pediatric craniofacial abnormalities. Responsible for managing daily operational activities, Kathleen has been with STEADFAST since its inception in the summer of 2008. Kathleen and her husband Sean keep busy with their two boys, Beckett and Scout, and she enjoys cooking, entertaining, spending time with her family and, above all, being a boy mom.
